Fernando Serrano

Fernando Serrano is an experienced quality management professional with a robust background in quality engineering and systems. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Xylem Inc. since July 2013, Fernando has previously held significant roles including Manager of Quality Process & Systems at Milwaukee Electric Tool and Senior Quality Engineer at Brady Corporation. Fernando's expertise includes the management of corrective action systems, application of Six Sigma methodologies, and the development of ISO 9001 quality systems, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality improvement. Additionally, Fernando has contributed as a Technical Presentation Reviewer for ASQ at multiple World Conferences on Quality and Improvement. Fernando holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Marquette University.
