Ferran Canals is a Senior Project Manager in Research and Development at Xylem. With extensive experience in design, engineering, and manufacturing across various multinational companies, Ferran has held roles from technical to managerial positions, overseeing complex industrial operations and project management. Previously, Ferran served as the Director of Capital Projects at Talgo America Inc., where responsibilities included leading project management teams and overseeing new manufacturing operations. Ferran began their career at ASM-Dimatec Engineering, ultimately progressing to Industrial Director, and was instrumental in the implementation of automation in manufacturing processes at LLAZA WORLD, S.A.
