Gaby Ramirez

Gaby Ramirez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Corporate Recruiter at Xylem, a leading water technology company, since November 2022, Gaby leverages expertise in recruiting innovative talent to address global water challenges. Prior roles include Human Resources Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Incora and American Industries Group, respectively. Gaby has also contributed as a Human Resources Representative at Crane ChemPharma & Energy and as Regional Lead HR Services at RÉGIMEN ESTATAL DE PROTECCIÓN SOCIAL EN SALUD. Early career experiences include counseling and coordinating internships at Universidad del Valle de México, as well as leading a psychology unit at Universidad Autonoma de Chihuahua. Gaby holds a Master’s degree in Human Development from IAPE Ciencias Humanistas and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Escuela de Psicología y Pedagogía Sigmund Freud.
