Gurdit Singh Sachdeva

Gurdit Singh Sachdeva is an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on compensation and rewards strategies. Currently serving as the Director of Compensation for Xylem since March 2021, Gurdit oversees initiatives impacting over 10,000 employees in the Americas region, fostering alignment between business and people strategies. Prior roles include Director of Compensation & Benefits for Emerging Markets and National Manager of Rewards at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, where Gurdit supported total rewards programs and managed change initiatives. Extensive experience at Aon Hewitt as a Senior Consultant involved developing client relationships and leading critical projects, alongside previous roles in HR at Procter & Gamble and Citigroup India. Gurdit holds a PGD-PM&IR in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B. Tech in Electronics and Communication from Guru Nanak Engineering College.
