Jane Simms

Jane Simms is an accomplished Agile Transformation Architect and Sr. Project Manager at Xylem since November 2016. With extensive experience in project management, Simms previously served as a Sr. Project Manager in Engineering at Sensus from February 2012 to February 2023. Prior roles include significant positions at Genband, Nortel Networks, and several roles within Nortel Networks from 1985 to 2010, encompassing various aspects of telecommunications software development and architecture. With expertise in Lean Six Sigma, CMMI, and a strong background in managing large teams and budgets, Simms has successfully contributed to numerous high-profile telecommunications projects throughout the career. Simms holds a BS in Mathematical Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
