Joana Costa

Joana Costa is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Sr. Director of Finance in the Transformation Management Office at Xylem Inc. With a foundational role as Finance and Administrative Manager at Tertejo - J. P. Rocha, Lda. from 2005 to 2009, Joana progressed through various key positions at Xylem between 2009 and 2016, ultimately assuming leadership in FP&A for global initiatives. Joana holds a Graduate degree in Economics from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal, alongside an Executive MBA from The Lisbon MBA and a credential in Disciplined Entrepreneurship from MIT Sloan Executive Education.
