Jonathan Jick is currently the Global CRM Manager at Xylem. Previously, Jonathan held various positions in sports management, including General Manager of Ticket Sales for both the University of Missouri and Northern Illinois University, where they developed sales plans and managed substantial budgets. Jonathan has also served as Director of Analytics at REVELxp and as a Salesforce Application Administrator at Thumbtack, overseeing CRM operations and projects. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Employment Relations from Penn State University.
