Jonathan Murphy

Jonathan Murphy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and sales. At Xylem, serving as the Northeast Regional Sales Manager for OEM and previously as a Senior Applications Engineer, Jonathan has demonstrated expertise in sizing, rating, and quoting shell and tube heat exchangers, as well as providing technical support and expanding knowledge through training. Prior experience includes working as a Quality Engineer at Edwards, where Jonathan implemented documentation systems and updated quality assurance procedures, and as a Student Service Supervisor at UBMicro IT Support Services, where management skills were utilized to enhance repair processes and customer relations. Jonathan began a career in healthcare as a Nutrition Attendant at Cayuga Medical Center. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
