Josh Crowder is an experienced professional with a diverse background in performance engineering, procurement, and the arts. Currently, Josh operates JRCPerformance, specializing in building and repairing high-performance engines for Mercedes-Benz AMG vehicles and fabricating innovative performance parts. In addition, Josh serves as a Strategic Buyer at Xylem and previously held roles at Honda of America Mfg., Inc., Newbrook Management, and Oxford Academy for the Arts. Educationally, Josh holds dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management and Music from Miami University, complemented by international study at Università degli Studi di Urbino Carlo Bo.
