Prior to transitioning into the tech industry, Kagan served in the Turkish Navy as a Data Analyst and Operational Research Analyst. Kagan holds a Master's degree in Security Studies and Analysis from Naval Postgraduate School and has extensive education in leadership, management, strategy, and engineering.
