Laure Legout is an experienced professional with a robust background in continuous improvement and project management within the engineering and water technology sectors. Since May 2011, Laure has served as the Director of Continuous Improvement for the Segment Transport at Xylem, where responsibilities include leading Lean Six Sigma deployments and transformation projects across the Nordics and Eastern Europe. Previous positions at Xylem also included Continuous Improvement Business Partner for Global HR and Finance, as well as Continuous Improvement Manager for the Nordics & Eastern Europe. Prior to Xylem, Laure held roles such as Sales Development Manager at ITT R&CW and Global Product Manager for Wastewater at ITT FLYGT. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Economics & Marketing from NEOMA Business School and a Master of Engineering in Mechanics from INSA Rouen Normandie.
