Mark Walther has extensive experience in lifecycle management and customer support operations, currently serving in a Global Lifecycle Management role at Xylem Inc. since July 2010, focusing on software asset management, license compliance, and strategic partnerships. Prior to this, Mark held the position of Director of Customer Support Operations at ITT Corporation from October 1994 to July 2010, and worked as a Field Service Engineer for VAX-VMS at Digital Equipment Corporation from November 1988 to October 1994. Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management from the University of Phoenix between 1990 and 1995.
