Prior to this, Mark held the position of Director of Customer Support Operations at ITT Corporation from October 1994 to July 2010, and worked as a Field Service Engineer for VAX-VMS at Digital Equipment Corporation from November 1988 to October 1994. Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management from the University of Phoenix between 1990 and 1995.
