Markus Teuscher

Markus Teuscher is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in global people operations and analytics. Currently serving as Vice President, Global People Operations & Analytics at Xylem since September 2022, Markus delivers efficient people services and supports HR initiatives with analytics insights. Prior roles include Head of HR Operations at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, where a focus was placed on digital employee experience and agile HR practices, and various leadership positions at Givaudan, including Global HR Transformation Lead and Head of Global HR Services and Technology.
