Massimo Speranza

Massimo Speranza is an experienced professional with a strong background in product management, sales, and account management within the engineering and industrial sectors. Currently serving as OEM Team Leader at Xylem since July 2013, Massimo plays a pivotal role in the development of the OEM business in Europe, collaborating closely with the European OEM Sales Director. Previous positions include Global Key Account Manager and Global Product Manager for Multistage Pumps at Xylem, demonstrating a focus on strategic support for key accounts and the management of product portfolios. Massimo's career also encompasses leadership roles in EMEA Product Management and regional market management at ITT Lowara, along with early experience in sales at Frigoveneta SpA. Massimo holds a degree in Material Engineering from Università degli Studi di Ferrara.
