Matt Wessel is currently the Strategy, Application Engineering & Customer Service Director at Xylem, where they have held various strategic roles. Previously, they served as Product Marketing and Applications Director and Lean Six Sigma Champion in Oceania, managing teams and driving business process improvement. Their career includes extensive experience as a Software Engineer at MultiTrode and as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at ITT Water & Wastewater, where they led projects to enhance operational excellence. Matt holds dual degrees in Information Technology and Electrical Engineering from QUT, which they completed between 1998 and 2002.
