Mike Brown

Mike Brown, CPIM, has over two decades of experience in demand planning and supply chain management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Manager of Demand Planning at Xylem since October 2020, Mike has previously held leadership roles at Ingersoll Rand, where significant achievements included improving forecast accuracy and facilitating collaborative processes. Mike's extensive background also includes positions at Chiquita, Newell Brands, Celestica, Solectron, and 3M, focusing on forecasting, inventory management, and process improvements. Mike holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Production and Inventory Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
