Mike McGann

Mike leads Xylem Americas with responsibility for all Xylem businesses in the region. Globally, he leads Xylem’s Measurement & Control Solutions (M&CS) segment, which delivers critical infrastructure technologies under brands such as Sensus and YSI. Solutions empower customers to effectively deliver, monitor and control water, electricity and natural gas in addition to analytical instrumentation used to measure and analyze water and coastal environments. Mike’s teams are also instrumental in delivering digital transformation to utilities, including software and services, cloud-based analytics, remote monitoring and data management, leak detection and asset management.

Mike joined Xylem in 2009, leading Sensus Americas, global engineering and Assessment Services during his tenure and most recently, the North America Utilities Commercial Team. He has more than 30 years of experience in operations, executive leadership, quality, business development and customer relations.

Mike is also a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt skilled in applying continuous improvement methodology and process control.

Mike is a proud United States Marine Corps Veteran and serves as co-leader of the Xylem Veterans Network. He is also passionate about service focused on sustainability and underserved communities and volunteers both locally with his church and with nonprofits globally.
