Polina Natcheva

Polina Natcheva is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Finance for Central & North Europe at Xylem since 2022, Polina previously held multiple senior finance positions at Sensus from 2015 to 2022, including Director of Finance for both Sensus Europe and Sensus UK. Prior to Sensus, Polina worked at Invensys, acquired by Schneider Electric, where roles included Financial Controller for Invensys Rail and Invensys Controls USA, along with a position as Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. Polina began their career at EY as an Audit Manager and Audit Senior from 2001 to 2007. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Cambridge and master's and bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Management Control from the University of National and World Economy.
