Prem Kumar

Prem Kumar currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Xylem India, overseeing HR initiatives across multiple cities and remote locations since July 2025. With a strong background in HR strategy, Prem previously held the position of Senior Director of HR for India and APAC at Cambium Networks, where the focus was on driving people strategy and ensuring compliance with various statutory requirements. Prior experience includes roles at HARMAN International as a Global Human Resources Business Partner and at Sonata Software Ltd. as a Manager of Human Resources. Educational credentials include an MBA in Information Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service and additional HR management training from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Prem is also pursuing a Company Secretary qualification from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
