Randy N.

Randy N. currently serves as the Director of Operations at Xylem since February 2022. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, Randy has held the position of Plant Manager at GKN Sinter Metals from 2010 to the present and served as Production Unit Director at Sandvik/Seco/Niagra from October 2018 to February 2022. Prior experience includes Operations Manager, Plant Superintendent in Williamsburg, PA, and Production Supervisor at MWV from September 1988 to February 2010. Randy began his career as Machining Manager and Quality Assurance Supervisor at Cerro Metal Products from May 1985 to September 1988 and worked at Newport News Shipbuilding in Nuclear Power Quality Assurance from June 1983 to May 1985. Randy's military background includes service in the US Air Force from April 1976 to April 1980. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Geneva College and an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Penn State University.
