Robin Rowan

Robin Rowan, SPHR, CCP, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Human Resources Director at Xylem since September 2013, where responsibilities include driving strategic HR support to enhance functional excellence and employee morale at the Global R&D center. Prior to this role, Robin was the Human Resources Manager at Rho, Inc., leading a team in providing comprehensive HR services to a mid-sized Contract Research Organization. Robin's experience also includes serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Progress Energy, where strategic business partnership and management consulting were key duties for an organization with over 800 employees. Education was obtained from Smith College with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and City Planning.
