Rod McNelly is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the water and environmental management industry. Currently serving as the Vice President and General Manager for North America’s Industrial & Utilities division at Xylem since March 2018, Rod has held multiple leadership roles within the company. Prior to Xylem, Rod was the Senior Vice President and General Manager for Light Industry Solutions at Evoqua Water Technologies, also overseeing Heavy Industry Solutions with a focus on diverse markets including Power, HPI, CPI, Beverage, Microelectronics, Biopharm, and Health Sciences, while managing full P&L responsibilities. Rod holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Management with a concentration in Environmental Health and Safety from Indiana State University and has completed graduate work at Northeastern University.
