Ryan Dobbs

Ryan Dobbs is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and management. Currently serving as the Director of RMA Services at Xylem since March 2018, Ryan has significantly enhanced Tier 1 Technical Services operations, leading a team of 15 engineers and achieving critical improvements in customer service metrics. Previous roles include co-founding and serving as the brewmaster at Regulator Brewing Company, and holding various engineering and quality assurance positions at notable companies such as Precor, iRobot, Eaton Corporation, and Sony Ericsson. Ryan holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
