Shailesh Devani

Shailesh Devani has extensive experience in project and localization management, currently serving as the Project Management Lead for Operation Excellence in Emerging Markets at Xylem since April 2011. With a progressive career at Xylem, previous roles include Localization Lead and Engineering Manager, among others. Prior to joining Xylem, Shailesh held positions at ITT Corporation India Pvt. Ltd. from July 2008 to March 2011, starting as a Development Engineer and progressing from Engineer Intern. Shailesh holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Tool Design and CAD CAM from Indo German Tool Room and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University.
