Simon Mendelson

Simon Mendelson serves as the Senior Director of SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) at Xylem Inc., where they lead SIOP processes for the Europe business segment, overseeing substantial revenue and numerous global employees. With approximately 20 years of experience in Planning, SIOP, IBP, and Supply Chain Management, Simon has held various positions in inventory and supply chain management, including Director of Inventory Excellence and Supply Chain Manager at previous companies. Simon holds a BASc in Engineering and an MBA in Finance from the University of Toronto.
