Steve Thompson

Steve Thompson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and environmental science. Currently serving as Regional Operations Manager at Xylem Water & Wastewater since May 2017, Thompson previously held the role of Branch Manager at Godwin Pumps where responsibility included overseeing operations in Washington state and managing a fleet of over 6,000 portable pumps. With a solid background in sales and project management, Thompson's career also includes significant roles at Godwin Pumps as a Sales Representative and at ASARCO as Project Manager for a major superfund project. Earlier experience includes managing hazardous waste operations at Chemical Waste Management and working as an Environmental Scientist for the State of South Dakota. Thompson holds a BS in Biology and Chemistry from Mayville State University.
