Steve Tilders

Steve Tilders is an experienced sales and marketing professional with a comprehensive background in the marine and recreational vehicle sectors. Currently serving as the Sales Director and Global Champion for Marine/RV at Xylem Inc., Steve has held various roles since joining the company in 1992, including Director of Marketing and Product Manager for the Rule Bilge Pump line. Prior to Xylem, Steve spent 17 years at BoatLIFE, advancing from warehouse positions to Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Steve holds an MBA in Marketing from Hofstra University, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Economics from the same institution, and completed a program in Strategic Management at Hult Ashridge Executive Education.
