Theodore Klich

Theodore Klich is a seasoned professional in the water treatment industry with extensive experience in engineering and management roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Application Engineering for Water Infrastructure – Treatment in the ANZ region at Xylem since January 2025, Theodore previously held multiple positions at Evoqua Water Technologies, including Manager of Operations and Engineering and Project Engineer. Theodore also served as a Project Engineer and Manager of Operations at Prime Water Australia, where responsibilities included water treatment project management, design calculations, and preparation of tender documents. In addition to project management roles at Dioxide Pacific, Theodore began the career as a Project Engineer with IMEA Group, focusing on site assessments and documentation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Sydney, complemented by a Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management) from TAFE NSW.
