Thomas Jansen is a hands-on leader in the aviation and water solutions industries, currently serving as the Director of Service Excellence for WSS Europe at Xylem. They previously held various leadership roles at Xylem, including Director and Head of Service Center of Excellence for CT Europe, and managed operations in Belgium and Luxembourg. With a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from KU Leuven, Thomas also pursued extensive aviation training, completing EASA ATPL(a) Theory and currently studying for a Commercial Pilot license. Their diverse expertise is complemented by earlier experience as a Sector Manager at ENGIE Cofely Belgium and an Application Engineer at ITT Flygt.
