Todd Boyle

Todd Boyle, SPHR, GPHR, serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Xylem, leading global HR strategy and transformation for the Applied Water segment, which generates $1.9 billion in annual revenue and employs over 5,000 individuals across five continents. Boyle has previously held senior HR leadership roles at Sensus, where efforts included leading the company to a successful acquisition by Xylem, and at Lockheed Martin, managing HR operations for federal programs. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Human Resources from North Carolina State University, Boyle possesses extensive experience in strategic HR management and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within large, global organizations.
