Vanesa Sonan

Vanesa Sonan is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within human resources. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Xylem since March 2020, Vanesa is responsible for training, employee relations, performance management, and process improvements. Prior to Xylem, Vanesa held the position of HR Manager at Ecoco, Inc., overseeing payroll, recruitment, and safety in a manufacturing environment. Vanesa also has a significant background at Yanbal International, where accomplishments included transforming the Talent team and implementing recruitment best practices in over 10 countries. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and relevant certifications from Cornell University and other institutions.
