Devin Whitney

Devin Whitney has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. In 2013, they joined Guardian Life as a Tech Team Member, where they acted as a go-to resource for computer-related business problems, implemented new systems for managing claims, and automated processes through VBA coding. They also served as a Scrum Master and utilized Microsoft SQL Server for reporting.

In 2016, Devin moved to General Dynamics Mission Systems as a Senior IT Software Engineer. Here, they supported engineering activities, managed Application Lifecycle Management, designed utilities for data migration, and extended API's to complete tasks. They also demonstrated expertise in testing tools.

In 2021, Devin transitioned to Lockheed Martin as a Software Engineer Senior, contributing to various software engineering projects, including design, testing, and modification.

Currently, Devin is a Senior Software Engineer at Xyleme, Inc., starting in 2022.

Devin Whitney's education history begins in 2009 when they enrolled at Westfield State University. They completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Commerce, General, graduating in 2013.

In 2015, Devin pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, which they completed in 2017.

To enhance their skills in Android development, Devin enrolled at Udacity in 2017 and obtained a Nanodegree in Android Development in 2018.

Currently, Devin is enrolled in the Georgia Institute of Technology, pursuing a Master of Science degree in Computer Science, which began in 2022 and is expected to be completed in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Devin also holds a certification in Android Development from Udacity.
