Stuart Grossman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Stuart began their career as a Lead Interactive Designer at IVID Communications, where they worked with clients to design and develop interactive training courses. Later, Stuart joined San Diego State University as a Program Manager for the San Diego Sandbox, collaborating with faculty and graduate students to tackle performance problems through innovative instructional and support projects.
In 2003, Stuart started their own consulting firm, Stuart Grossman Consulting, where they acted as Principal and provided analysis, design, and development services for training and performance systems. During this time, they developed a reputation for quickly understanding client challenges and creating systems that support superior performance.
Following their consulting work, Stuart joined TEC International as a Chair Selection Advisor, responsible for sourcing and hiring facilitators for CEO and executive peer groups. Stuart then transitioned to Amgen as a Curriculum Design Manager, overseeing the development and management of training curricula for the manufacturing and quality organization.
Currently, Stuart is employed at Xyleme, Inc., where they have held several roles since joining in 2007. Stuart initially served as VP - Client Services, leading the provision of XML-based, SCORM 2004-certified learning content management solutions. Stuart later became the Vice President of Education, Training, and Fun, responsible for enhancing customer engagement and overseeing the education and training functions. Currently, Stuart holds the position of Director, Customer Care, where they continue to contribute to the company's success in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Stuart Grossman obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies from California State University, Northridge, between the years 1981 and 1988. Following this, they pursued higher education at San Diego State University, earning a Master of Arts degree in Education from 1991 to 1993.
