Jack Li

Key Account Manager at Xylink

Jack Li has a strong background in technical support and management roles. Jack started their career at GOME Electrical Appliances as a Video Conference Engineer, where they provided support for video conference systems and IT support. Jack then moved on to Yucheng Technologies Limited as a Support Engineer, where they provided technical support to the CCB HQ office and managed VC and conference systems. Jack later joined Baoli Communication as a Senior Field Support Engineer, where they supported regional customers and provided support for over 150 projects. Jack then worked at Tongfang Cloud Technology as a General Manager, managing the customer service team and establishing service processes and specifications. Currently, Jack is working at Xylink Inc. as a Key Account Manager, responsible for the management of the North delivery team and improving work efficiency and standardization.

Jack Li studied at China Three Gorges University from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Clinical Medicine. In addition to their formal education, they also acquired several certifications. These include MCITP, which they obtained in July 2014; PCVE, obtained in August 2012; and CCNA, which they obtained from Cisco in July 2005.
