Xylo Earth is a coordination platform making community-led ecological regeneration investable at landscape scale.
We work on both sides of the gap between climate capital and the communities restoring India's landscapes. On the ground, we co-design landscape strategies with community stewards, shape projects into investment-grade form, and build the institutional readiness that lets serious capital flow. For capital, we provide the vetting, MRV, disbursements, and outcomes verification that turn restoration into a credible asset class.
Xylo's roots run back to 2017, through the work of Alaap and then Hasten Regeneration, which was anchored by Amazon as our first major funder. Nine years of on-ground work taught us what landscape-scale restoration actually needs: not just capital, but a system that can carry it.
Today, Xylo operates across five Indian landscapes. Over $2 million deployed to date. 400,000 m³ of verified water recharge. 375,000 mangroves planted.
We partner with community stewards, implementing organisations, scientific institutions, and capital partners — corporate, philanthropic, and investor — to build a regeneration economy that is genuinely community-led and genuinely investable.
