Mike Hardman

Mike Hardman currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Xypex Chemical Corporation since December 2023 and is also the Vice President and Founder of KKaurp Services since August 2021. Previously, Mike held the position of CEO at National Concrete Accessories from August 2017 to July 2021, and served as Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Sika North America from September 2015 to February 2017. Mike’s extensive experience includes a lengthy tenure at Sika Canada, where Mike was President from 1993 to September 2015, and Managing Director at Sika South Africa from 1990 to 1993. Mike Hardman earned a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham between 1974 and 1977.
