Max Wu

Max Wu is currently serving as an Impact Solutions Research Associate at Y Analytics since August 2023. Prior experience includes a Graduate Student Internship at Innovations for Poverty Action's Right-Fit Evidence Unit, and various instructional roles at The Golden State Academy and Victory Briefs from June 2016 to September 2022. Max has also gained experience as an Elections Research Intern at BallotReady, a City Hall Legislative Intern with the City and County of San Francisco, and a Summer Intern with APAPA in 2018. Additional roles include coaching at Capitol Debate and serving as a Campaign Intern and Regional Team Leader for Ro Khanna’s congressional campaigns from September 2013 to November 2016, alongside a legal internship at the Law Offices of David S. Lim in 2014. Max holds a Master’s degree in Development Practice from the University of California, Berkeley, expected in May 2024, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Chicago, completed in 2021.
