Henry Constance

Henry Constance is a Fleet Compliance Manager and Senior Designated Person Ashore currently studying at Southampton Solent University. With a strong background in maritime safety, they have held key roles such as Safety Officer and Chief Officer on various yachts, and have provided shoreside ISM, ISPS, and MLC support to owners, masters, and crews. Notable previous positions include Maritime Compliance, DPA, and CSO at Y.CO, where Henry oversaw quality control of shipboard standards and acted as Company DPA and CSO from 2016 to 2023.
