"Connecting people and creating new value through encounters."

We are a professional group that expands human potential and creates economic, social, and cultural value.

〈Bar Business〉
We operate conceptual bars in three locations: Nakameguro, Shimbashi, and Ginza. The themes of the bars are "Connecting People," "History and Travel," "Promoting Japanese Culture," and "enjoyable experience for Locals and Travelers to mingle." We strive to create spaces where many people gather, discuss these themes, generate the sustenance for tomorrow, and fill the space with smiles.

〈Community Business〉
We create and support communities of challengers, young people, artists, global talents, and foreigners, generating social impact. Each community has a lot of participants, from renowned players active on the front lines to young people expected to be active in the future, co-creating and generating social impact.

〈Thoughts Embedded in the Logo〉
The logo represents "Connection," "Abundance," "Dream," and "Mizuho (Fertile Rice Fields)."

When translated into Japanese, the representative Orzugul's name means "Yume no Hana (Flower of Dreams)." The initial "Y" and the rune character "Feoh," which means "Abundance," are placed on the left and right. The logo is surrounded by "Infinity" and "Mizuhiki" (decorative Japanese cord) representing connection, and rice ears symbolizing "Humility" and "Fertility."

"As the rice plant ripens, it bows its head."

I believe this is one of the most beautiful Japanese phrases that expresses the worldview embodied by the logo.

I sincerely hope that people with wonderful thoughts will connect and that our company's mission will be achieved.
