We're not your ordinary consulting firm; we're the curious guides that help you navigate your digital journey.

At Y squared, we don't just talk tech; we're all about people power!
In the world of digital transformation, we take a 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲-𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁-, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁-, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, where we focus on the impact on the real superheroes – your people and end users! 🦸‍♀️

✨ 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲? 𝗡𝗼 𝗳𝘂𝘀𝘀! We know what is needed to lay a foundation for success, going beyond tech to provide practical solutions, review business processes and organisational design. Ultimately, it’s about fostering a culture of growth.

🌈 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀: We don't just make waves; we create impact! Our approach is hands-on, personal and transparent. When clients don't need us anymore, indicating we've embedded the right digital tools and processes, but especially that people in the organization are on board and that we have realized sustainable end-user adoption.

🤖 𝗬 𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 = 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗬²: Forget Theory X – at Y squared, we believe in people. Because under the right conditions, they have the power to move mountains ⛰. We create an environment that unleashes people's intrinsic motivation and creativity.
