Adi Markus is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success, technical services, and information systems management. Currently serving as the Head Of Customer Success & PMO at y-tech since May 2024, Adi is responsible for leading a Customer Success team, managing customer relationships, and overseeing project implementations. Previous roles include Technical Services Manager at Cellcom, Information System Manager at Matrix, and NOC Engineer at HOT mobile. Adi's experience began as an Advertising Coordinator at L.M. GROUP and included a foundational role as a Computer Network and System Administrator in the Israel Defense Forces. Adi holds an MBA in Information Technology Project Management and a B.Sc in Computer Science from Netanya Academic College.
