Noam Ruff

Noam Ruff is the Head of Human Resources at Y-tech Group, having previously served as the Head of HR and Administration at IBC - Israel Broadband Company. Noam also has experience as a Senior Office Coordinator at both the Vice Prime Minister office and Ministry of Interior, as well as the Ministry of Development of the Negev and the Galilee. Noam holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Bar-Ilan University.
