Michael Hickey has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. In 2016, they worked as a Data Analyst for Bank of Ireland, where they collected and analyzed data on distressed debt. Michael then joined JSA Services as a Financial Accountant in 2017, where they helped businesses navigate the changing landscape of accounting. In 2019, they became a Portfolio Analyst for Mirage Resources Limited, a reporting arm of a family office in London, where they were responsible for investment reporting and analysis. Currently, they are working for Y TREE as a Portfolio & Client Associate, providing financial life intelligence to clients.
Michael Hickey completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering at University College Dublin from 2009 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the (R02) Investment principles and risk certification from the Chartered Insurance Institute in May 2023, and became a CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute in March 2022.
