Thomas Mitchell

Thomas Mitchell has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Thomas is currently working as the Head of Talent at Y TREE since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Business Operations at Farsight Consulting Ltd from April 2020 to February 2022. Thomas also held the position of Senior People Manager - UK & USA at Native Design from August 2019 to May 2020. Before that, Thomas worked as a People Manager at IFF Research from December 2017 to August 2019. Additionally, they served as a Trustee Board Member at Bucks Students' Union from February 2017 to October 2018. Thomas's earlier work experience includes being a Trustee Board Member at University of Lincoln Students' Union from June 2015 to June 2017, where they played a significant role in managing various commercial ventures.

Thomas Mitchell completed their Master's Degree in Human Resources Management at the University of Lincoln from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in LLB (Hons) Law from the same university, which they completed from 2013 to 2016. In addition to their academic degrees, Thomas also obtained a Level 7 CIPD certification from CIPD in June 2017.
