Evan Dyer

Evan Dyer is an experienced professional in disaster management and business development, with a career spanning multiple roles in government and private sectors. Dyer served as Grants Manager and Regional Supervisor at the State of Louisiana's Office of Community Development, focusing on disaster recovery and hazard mitigation. Following Dyer's time at FEMA as Hazard Mitigation Group Lead, Dyer held positions at AECOM as Project/Planning Manager and Growth Leader, and later as Program Manager at Arcadis. Dyer advanced to Director of Business Development at Rostan Solutions LLC and subsequently joined YA Group as Vice President of Government Services. Recently, Dyer served as Director of Business Development at Ceres Environmental Services, Inc. before returning to YA Group. Dyer holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Disaster Science Management from Louisiana State University.
