Joe Schulz is currently the Owner of Schulz Development, a role held since 2007. Prior to this, Joe served as the Executive Vice President-Partner at Seagate Development Group, LLC from 2015 to 2018 and as Vice President at Rand Construction Engineering, Inc. from 1992 to 2006.
