Yaakobi Universal - Development and Investments Ltd. was established in 1994 by Haim and Riki Yaakobi and specializes in residential construction. The company holds a registered contractor's license with G5 classification and is known for working with speed, efficiency, and adherence to set schedules. All of the company's projects meet all Israeli quality standards. The company owners' approach to every project they build involves personal engagement, from the first detail to the last, which is the source of its success.

Yaakobi Universal's projects have a significant advantage - the project developer is also the executing contractor. As a result, the company accompanies each project from start to finish: from meticulous planning and construction that meets all standards, including "Process Control" approval from the Israeli Standards Institute, through stringent quality checks, to dedicated service for the new resident after occupancy.

Every detail in the building and apartment is planned down to the smallest element and executed with precision to ensure full functionality and comfort for the client for many years to come.

Yaakobi has built hundreds of apartments and private houses throughout Israel where hundreds of families enjoy living with the highest level of finishing. Yaakobi Universal is a growing company, forward-looking, that will continue to expand and build high-quality residential buildings in sought-after areas and provide its customers with the best service.
