Patxi Archanco

Patxi Archanco is the current CFO at Yaba. Prior to this, they were the Director of Corporate Development at IskayPet from July 2020 to November 2020. Patxi was responsible for international M&A origination and execution. From September 2016 to July 2020, Archanco was the CFO at Kiwoko. Patxi was responsible for process automation in a high-growth company, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and business planning. Archanco also oversaw debt and equity raising for organic growth and acquisitions. Patxi has experience working with private equity sponsors, debt funds, banks, and other financial institutions. Additionally, they have experience with acquisitions, integrations, and generating synergies. Prior to Kiwoko, Archanco worked at Impulsa Capital from January 2001 to September 2016 as an executive. Patxi's responsibilities included advisory services related to private equity transactions, such as growth capital, venture capital, secondary buy-outs, MBOs, mezzanine debt, and divestitures in alternative markets. From January 1997 to December 2001, Archanco worked as an associate at J.P. Morgan.

Patxi Archanco has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Deusto, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University.

Patxi Archanco reports to David Baratech, Co-CEO. They are on a team with Sergi De Pablos - CTO, Tomás España - Head, Origination, and Bruno Lequeux - Head, Due Diligence.
