Dana Aroch

Dana Aroch has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and HR management roles. Dana started their career as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nogamy in 2015. Dana then worked at OurCart from 2016 to 2019, where they served as a Talent Acquisition and HR Manager. From 2019 to 2020, Dana worked at OXTech Group in the same role. Dana then joined Finovation in 2021 as a Global Talent Acquisition Manager. Their most recent role was as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Lightricks from 2022 to 2023.
