Yael Topchik

Yael Topchik is an HR Business Partner with over 10 years of diverse experience in creating positive, people-focused work environments. Currently, Yael is responsible for elevating employee experience and driving engagement in their HRBP role, while previously establishing the Recruitment function at yad2 as the company's first HR Recruiter. Yael has also worked in various talent acquisition roles, honing their expertise in recruitment, compensation, benefits, and change management. Yael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Education from The Open University of Israel and is pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Development and Consulting at Peres Academic Center.
